Groups

Some patterns only show up in contact with others.

Systemic group work for adults who carry responsibility and want to think about recurring tensions, relationships and development with others, not only alone.

What the group does

In a group, several people with similar questions speak — not about each other, but with each other. What occupies you shows up again in others’ experience, in a slightly different form. That makes your own patterns more visible than they can be in a one-to-one conversation.

The group is not a cheaper version of individual work. It offers something different: a social context in which feedback, resonance and differing points of view arise directly.

What the group is suited to

Themes many people share, and that clarify differently in exchange with others than in a two-person conversation.

Professional pressureResponsibility, expectations, and the question of which of them is really yours.
Exhaustion behind the façadeFunctioning on the outside while there is little room on the inside.
Relationships and closenessRecurring dynamics in a partnership, in the family and in your surroundings.
Identity and self-worthRoles, the demands you place on yourself, the way others see you.
Life transitionsChange in work, in relationships or in your own direction.
Personal developmentReflection that benefits from the resonance of others.

Different experiences can sit side by side without one of them having to be “correct”.

What does not arise one-to-one

In an individual conversation I am your counterpart. In a group, several perspectives are added — from people who know a similar situation from a different life.

You hear how others describe similar tensions. You recognise your own patterns through the group’s resonance. You practise communication and naming boundaries in a real social context. And you experience that different experiences can sit side by side without one of them having to be “correct”.

Confidentiality and conduct

What is discussed in the group stays in the group. All participants commit to confidentiality. The frame is binding: a weekly time, an agreed minimum participation, and a respectful manner in which different points of view have room without anyone being judged.

The group is led and structured by me. It is not an open discussion circle and not a self-help group.
